

Tumbling class will focus on the skills that are needed for competitive dance and cheer such as walk-overs, aerials, back handsprings and back tucks. Stretching and strength training will also be incorporated to safely prepare the body and prevent injuries. (This class will not be given a performance opportunity in the spring concert.)
