Eliza Diederich was born and raised in Holladay, Utah. She began training in ballet at the age of 7 at the Children’s Ballet Theatre in Salt Lake City, Utah. Eliza was a member of the Olympus High Dance Company and choreographed original pieces every year. She was an apprentice with Odyssey Dance Theatre her last 2 years of high school under the direction of Bonnie Story with Odyssey 2. Eliza’s ballet training gave her the technique to be versatile in all dance styles.

Whatever style you need choreographed she can deliver. She has extensive training in ballet, jazz, lyrical, pom, and hip hop and is currently collaborating with Danny Drysdale to choreograph music videos. Eliza has extensive training in choreography and has a great teaching style. Eliza served as President of the 7 time National Champion Brigham Young Cougarettes for 2009-2010 while they received their 8^th title in Daytona Beach, Florida this past spring.
