UDA is excited to welcome Thayne, a former UDA teacher for two year, back as a guest instructor. Thayne was most recently seen as a top 20 finalist on the hit TV show "So You Think You Can Dance." Thayne Jasperson has been dancing professionally with Odyssey Dance Theatre for six years. He has been a featured dancer in Disney’s High School Musical 1 and 2. Thayne has performed on stages in Europe, Central America, New York City and several states in the U.S. Favorite roles include: Mungo Jerrie in Cats, Andy Lee in 42nd Street, Courier in 1776, Toulouse Lautrec in Odyssey’s Moulin Rouge and George Bailey in ODT’s It’s a Wonderful Life. He has worked with renowned choreographers such as Dee Caspary, Alex Magno, Liz Imperio, Mandy Moore, Kenny Ortega, Ronen Koresh, Tony Powell and Ryan Francois.
