Haley is an alumnus from Utah Dance Artists where she was a member of the Senior Company and was named UDA's "Dancer of the Year." She has trained extensively in tap, modern, jazz, contemporary, classical ballet, Pointe, hip-hop,and African.

While in high school, Haley was the head choreographer for her high school Dance Company, received the Outstanding Dancer award, and was selected as the Dance Sterling Scholar. She went on to be a state finalist in the Sterling Scholar competition. She has expanded her dance training in Los Angeles and New York and had the opportunity to study under renowned dancers and choreographers such as Desmond Richardson, Mandy Moore, Sidra Bell, Joe Goode, Johannes Wieland, and Andrea Miller to name a few.

Haley received her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Modern Dance with a minor in Health from the University of Utah where she also served as the senior class school advisory council representative. There she trained under distinguished faculty including Abby Fiat, Tandy Beal, Sharee Lane, Jon Scoville, Donna White, Eric Handman, Juan Carlos Claudio and more.

She is an award-winning choreographer who has created dances for numerous university performances, high school dance companies, school musical theater productions, dance studios, and competitions throughout the state of Utah. Haley is a four-time winner of the Utah Dance Artists People’s Choice Award and has been a runner up four times as well. Her choreography has been featured on Fox 13’s Good Day Utah twice.

Haley taught dance at Elk Ridge Middle School in Jordan School District for four years. While there, she started and directed the Elk Ridge Middle School Dance Company, helped in the process of getting a dance studio facility in the school, and choreographed the school musicals including Aida, Beauty and the Beast, and Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. Haley has also been a guest teacher at many schools and studios in Utah including Salt Lake School for the Performing Arts, Salt Lake Arts Academy, Tanner Dance, and many others.

Haley has danced with Ririe-Woodbury's Step Up, The Mormon Tabernacle Choir Dancers and Wassolanka African Dance Company. She was also invited to be a guest performer in Ririe Woodbury's "Momentum-Elevated".
