Certified Zumba Instructor
Jennifer Tripp began her training in Jazz, Ballet, and Tap with Shaw Dance Studio in Centerville, Utah. As a student she participated in competitions throughout Utah and had numerous performance opportunities. She later was a member of the Minerette Drill Team at Bingham High School and furthered her education by attending dance workshops at the University of Utah. Ms.Tripp was selected a member of the USA All-Stars Dance Team, where she traveled to New Zealand and Hawaii, performing in the “Down Under Bowl” along with many other venues. After high school graduation, Ms. Tripp was honored to receive dance scholarships from Weber State University and The College of Eastern Utah. Ms. Tripp has traveled to New York City and L.A. to continue her training and recently she traveled to Houston to become a certified Zumba instructor. Ms. Tripp joined the UDA faculty in 2004 and loves the time spent at UDA and says “dance feeds my soul.”
