Classical Ballet
Missy Seawright graduated with a Bachelors of Fine Arts degree in Dance emphasis Ballet from Utah Valley University, Cum Laude. She is also STOTT PILATES® certified in Matwork and Reformer and working toward her full certification as well as Zumba® certified. Missy received a performance scholarship for Repertory Ballet Ensemble and been on Synergy Dance Company at UVU. She has studied with Ballet West and Utah Regional Ballet during summer intensives. She has also danced professionally with Legacy Dance Theater. She won an award for best emerging choreography in Utah Regional Ballet’s Choreography Design Project with her piece entitled “Adaptations”. Missy has been teaching ballet for over 4 years at various studios throughout Utah. She has also been on adjunct faculty at Utah Valley University teaching Dance Conditioning.
