Shannon Mockli-Swensen graduated from the University of Utah with a BFA in Modern Dance and has since lived in New York City studying under various choreographers such as Harry Mavromacalis, Doug Elkins, Terry and Oliver Steele, Nicholas Liechter, David Dorfman and Jennifer Nugent. Ms. Swensen also has had the pleasure of serving an internship at Jacob's Pillow Dance Festival, which hosts dance companies and provides prefessional training for students and choreographers from all over the world. Ms. Swensen is currently attending the University of Utah, Department of Modern Dance, pursuing an MFA.
