How many year have you been dancing at UDA? 3 years

What made you want to start dancing? My mom put me in dance when I was three years old so I didn't really choose to start dancing.  But when I was five years old I performed on the stage and I loved the feeling of showing what I could do.  So I chose to continue dancing.

What is your favorite type of dancing? My favorite styles of dance right now are Jazz and Lyrical because I feel I can express myself well when I dance to those styles.

What is your favorite dance memory? My favorite dance memory is when I got dancer of the year when I was five years old.  It was my first dance award.

What is your favorite past dance recital theme and/or recital dance that you learned? My favorite dance recital theme is "Life is Like A Box of Chocolates".  I have liked a lot of my dances for the recitals but my current favorite is my solo, "Fragile".  I like it because I think if feels wonderful to dance up on the stage all by myself.  I also like it because I feel like it's stretching me as a dancer.  

Who are some of your special UDA friends? I've made many friends in all of UDA, but some of my closest friends are the girls on the Preteen and Junior Teams.

Who is one teacher that truly inspires you or who you look up to? I have liked all of my teachers but two teachers who really inspire me are Brooke Maxwell and Cicily Oldham because they push me to be the best dancer I can be.

What are some of your future goals and ambitions? The future is very far away, but I would like to teach dance or maybe choreograph dances. 

Any groups you have danced in or awards you have received? I have been on the Junior Team for three years now. Some of the awards I have earned are: Celebrity: High Queen, First place overall, 3rd place in the dance off; Oddyssey: High Queen, First place overall; Champion Productions Nationals: High Queen, first place overall; Spotlight: Diamond; OnStage: High Queen; Winner School: Dancer of the Year; Hollywood Connection Artists in Training: VIP Award: Ballet West Nutcracker: I was cast as a Party Girl.
