Tumbling

Alexis grew up as a competitive gymnast and has since moved on to coaching. She began as a volunteer coach at the age of fourteen and continues to expand her knowledge and skills as an instructor. She has coached in several states including Arizona and Idaho. She has a strong background in teaching recreational gymnastics (for both boys and girls), competitive gymnastics, cheerleading, and preschool classes. She is passionate about providing her students with the foundational skills required to tumble safely and confidently. She is an aspiring school teacher who fuels her passion for tumbling and gymnastics by passing her knowledge to others.
