• Varsity dancers may register for fall classes during Program Registration between Friday, June 5 and Wednesday, June 10, 2026
• The fall schedule, including the days/times of required technical classes, will be distributed at the Mandatory Parent Information Meeting on Monday, May 11th, 2026.
• A $35 non-refundable membership fee is applied on May 18, 2026 to all returning UDA students.
• The cost of the monthly tuition is figured by using the UDA Competitive Tuition Scale
• Weekly Varsity Junior class requirements:
  • Two – 1.5 hour ballet technique classes
  • One – 1 hour jazz technique class
  • One – 1 hour turns & leaps class
  • One – 1 hour acro/tumbling class
  • One – 1 hour hip hop class
  • Two – 1 hour Varsity Junior choreography rehearsals
  • Additional Saturday rehearsals may be added to the schedule during competition season
• This equates to 9 minimum hours per week for Varsity Juniors, which is $306 in monthly tuition from September – May.
• June is a 1/2 month and paid as a non-refundable deposit when you register for Fall 2026 – Spring 2027 classes
• Monthly tuition is due on the first business day of each month, along with the Varsity Monthly Program Fee

• Add-on ballet classes are for dancers in the 6th – 12th who wish to intensify their ballet training.
• Placement in these additional classes is done by a dancer’s individual dance level – not according to the team they are on. Placements held on Monday, May 19, 2026 at the Draper studio.
• Dancers may choose to add one or all available classes. Each class added is billed as additional hours on the UDA Tuition Scale.
• Add on Ballet Options:
  • Ballet Intensive *adds a 3rd ballet technique class each week (placement required)
  • Pre Pointe or Pointe Technique *non-performance class (placement required for pointe)
  • Varsity Ballet Competitive Program *additional program fee – Auditions held on Wednesday, May 27, 2026. Please refer to the program information for Varsity Ballet.

• All team members are required to attend group photos and purchase a group photo
• Optional individual dance photography sessions will be offered. All dancers will be photographed individually regardless of the package chosen.

• "Starry Night" Performance Fee: $120 - charged with October tuition. *this fee provides HD files of all UDA end-of-year performances
• Contingency Fund: $100 - the contingency fee is collected in two payments: $50 due July 1st and $50 due August 1st. *the contingency fund covers any unexpected costs related to your dancer’s program. Money not used during the year will be credited back to your UDA account on May 1st
• UDA Company Jacket and Warn Up Collection: Due July 1st *if new to program * *every two years a new style of travel wear is purchased - this is year #2
• UDA Travel Bags: 3 options - Due July 1st *if new to UDA Competitive program
• UDA Competition Makeup and Earrings: $70-80 - Due November 1st *if new to program
• Shoes and Tights: not included in program fees – Due either November 1st or December 1st
• Optional Conventions: UDA Varsity dancers will have the opportunity to attend two-three dance conventions during the year – Cost is typically $300-$350 per dancer. These conventions are optional and are not included in your overall monthly fees.
